The conference is scheduled to take place as a hybrid event, accommodating both in-person and virtual participation.

Participants are invited to submit their papers in two formats: full articles and extended abstracts. Each individual may submit up to three papers, which can be a combination of full articles, extended abstracts, or both.

The submitted papers may consist of original research, review articles, or opinion papers, focusing on one of the conference themes or addressing other recent advancements in the fields of agriculture, environment, and food security.
